8. Do unused hours roll over to the next month?

Assistum works on a simple month-to-month basis, giving you complete flexibility without the burden of being locked into any long-term commitments such as three-month, six-month, or yearly contracts—you're free to adjust or pause services as your needs change.

Due to the month-to-month nature of our services, unused hours do not roll over. This ensures we can focus on your immediate priorities and maintain flexibility for both parties.

We’re experienced in a wide range of tools, including (but not limited to):

Absolutely. We use LastPass to securely store and manage passwords, and all data is handled with the utmost confidentiality. Additionally, all of Assistum’s team members sign Agreements to ensure your sensitive information remains private.

Yes! While our team is 100% U.S. based, we work with clients worldwide. We’ll adapt to your time zone and communication preferences to ensure seamless collaboration.
